Green Goodness Gut Healing Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
* 1 ripe avocado
* 1 frozen ripe banana
* 1 handful of spinach (washed)
* 400ml-500ml of organic oat milk
* 100ml of coconut milk
* 6-7 almonds (optional, some people with UC don't tolerate nuts well)
* 1 scoop of vanilla plant-based protein powder
* Pinch of ground ginger
* 2-3 ice cubes
Blitz in the blender for 60 secs, serve, and enjoy.
The Blueberry Beauty Gut Healing Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
* Generous handful of frozen blueberries
* 1 frozen ripe banana
* 2 pieces of frozen broccoli
* 400ml-500ml of organic oat milk
* 100ml of coconut milk
* 1 scoop of chocolate plant-based protein powder
* 6-7 cashew nuts (again optional, some people with UC don't tolerate nuts well)
* Pinch of ground cinnamon
* 2-3 ice cubes
Blitz in the blender for 60 secs, serve, and enjoy.
